DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaising with sales managers, project teams, technical support, SST, design offices, erection & civil engineering companies or any other company working on site, the Technical Inspection Assistant’s main tasks will be to:
. Carry out or supervise operéraƟons such as dismantling, reassembly, adjustment, etc., in compliance with POMA commitments based on current standards (quality, health, safety, etc.).
. Propose acctons, adapt means with validation by results.
. Check the conformity of an assembly-adjustment and decide on any precautionary measures in the event of anomalies, if necessary with validation by a Poma referent (BE, technical support or SHD).
. Analyze and interpret information in a variety of situations to establish a diagnosis.
. Pay particular attention to safety, and ensure that a prevention plan adapted to your activity is drawn up and signed.
. Travel to all Poma construction sites.
. Provide assembly companies with the necessary information (operating modes, procedures, etc.).
. Advise and, where necessary, coordinate the training of other site personnel (subcontractors, customers, co-contractors, etc.).
. Pass on knowledge and best practices
. Write reports on work performed and observations made.
. Collaborate on request with other departments (design office, E&M, technical support, etc.),
RESEARCH PROFILE
. Minimum Bac+2 UT / BTS Maintenance (MAI) or 3 years professional experience in a relevant field
. Knowledge of consulting plans, instructions and procedures
. Knowledge of the risks inherent in equipment and its environment, or which may be inherent in its activity.
. General knowledge in various fields (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil engineering)
